Because after we saw what Hamas did on Oct 7th and how the ‘civilians’ cheered on as they brought in half naked women on pickups who’d been savagely violated - we chose humanity and decided that we just don’t care what happens to them any more. It’s in our DNA to end monsters. Permanently.
This is the clearest case of moral hazard being enforced in our recent history.
They are all victims of their own actions…as hard as it is to see…it doesn’t make it wrong.
