The Oregon New Lawyers Division assists new lawyers with the transition to practicing law in Oregon, either from law school or practice in another jurisdiction.

Mae Lee Browning is the Legislative Director of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mae Lee is the 2020 ONLD Chair ONLD. She started as a member of the CLE subcommittee, was Chair of the Member Services Subcommittee from 2015-2017, then was Treasurer and Chair-Elect.

Ralph Gzik is an associated at Kroll & Johnson, PC in Hillsboro, Oregon. Ralph’s practice focuses on family law, domestic relations, and plaintiff side personal injury matters. Ralph is the current ONLD Chair-Elect, the Region 4 member of the ONLD Executive Committee.

Autumn Steele is a Deputy District Attorney at the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office where she specializes in representing the State in DUII Treatment Court and Human Trafficking cases. She co-chairs the ONLD CLE Subcommittee and is liaison to the OSB's MCLE Committee.
