The fascia is the hidden structure in your body responsible for how you look.
And unfortunately - due to our current modern lifestyle, our fascia is more dehydrated, tight and constricted than ever.
This affects our posture, maxilla, jawline, aging, and overall facial structure.
You need to release the fascia - to allow your face to become more "malleable" to develop upwards and forwards.
One such technique is slant board training.
Try to balance on a slant board with one foot, while activating the anterior tibial tendon in both foots
Rotate the opposite foot in a slow, controlled manner while tensing the big toe
You should feel a burning sensation, this is your fascia.
You are slowly realigning the fascial network to how it was always meant to be
Health = Looks
The healthier you are, the better you look - more people need to understand this concept.
If you were to look into every single looks issue we face, and trace the root cause of it
It ALWAYS stems back to poor health.
Every single issue falls under these root cause categories:
-tight fascia
-postural flaws
-poor myo habits
-soft and processed diet
Nothing else.
And ALL of these factors are workable and fixable at any age, for anyone.
Improving your looks is easy when you know what you're doing.
Everyone could have a defined jawline if they understood Myofunctional Therapy.
It is honestly so easy.
(genuinely)
But everyone's too busy believing that it is "genetics" or they need surgery to fix it.
When all that is required is for them to keep their mouth shut (literally)
Mouth breathing is one of the many detrimental parafunctional habits that recede our jaw, collapse the facial structure and make us unattractive.
Here are some habits that you need to correct to improve your face:
-duck feet
-poor posture
-inactive lifestyle
-sleeping on your back
-suckling food and water
-improper tongue posture
-asymmetrical chewing and mewing
-mouth breathing (look at Ronaldinho)
Fix these ☝️
To get results like these 👇
You can train your facial muscles to become more attractive.
Facial muscles are MEANT to be trained naturally by tough foods, perfect habits and fascia releases
But the modern lifestyle has prevented this from happening.
Look at my transformation below from just myofunctional training + craniosomatic techniques
Here are some exercises you can start doing today:
-CPS exercise (orb oris)
-tongue towel pulls (fascia)
-thumbpulling (incisive papilla)
-tongue chewing (masseters activation)
-mastic gum chewing (evenly on both sides)
This might seem unusual but your face holds a ton of built-up fascial tension from years of poor habits which are holding your progress back.
Making you look bloated, recessed, and underdeveloped.
You'd see hundreds of real results from members in my private community from this as soon as you join
Train your muscles.
Focus on your structure.
Fix the root cause of your issues naturally 🫡
People will spend their entire lives meticulously training ever muscle in their body and yet won't spend a single moment on those in the face. These facial muscles aren't just for show, influencing a wide range of functions in your organism.
Don't skip face day.
All of the exercises that I talk about are directly taken from my personal experiences with myofunctional therapists
I’ve seen results + my private clients and community members have as well
This isn’t any fantasy and I take this matter very seriously - I will never talk about something that I don’t know about with my audience
