I apologize all of the time for being late. However, that does not negate the fact that we are actually doing the patient a favor. Otherwise, you will be seen much later on the calendar. Sometimes in cardiology that wait can be 3-6 months. Usually when I explain this to the patient, they completely understand.
I have so many questions...
Who ordered the D-dimer? It appears it was not the cardiologist, correct?
What cardiologist only treats blood pressure? Seriously asking because I've yet to meet one of these vastly overtrained BP managers. Usually we are reading echo's, vascular studies, stress tests, EKG's, managing sick inpatients, and performing procedures. Which leads me to this next point...
I'm going to go out on a limb and say this conversation may have been more nuanced than that. As you know, patients only recall a small percentage of office conversations.
Now, what do you want the cardiologist to do? Clearly, it's a problem, but I want to know what your diagnostic algorithm is for this problem other than posting this hearsay on X for bait.
@TXMCtrades@BitcoinMagazine I got into BTC several years ago. Most of the guys back then at least made rational and reasonable arguments for BTC. Now, it’s all slop. Just regurgitating complete nonsense.
This app is an intelligence test. The latest way to spot a midwit is if they post about medical errors and/or malpractice being the third leading cause of death in the US.
Anyone, and I mean anyone, who spouts that nonsense is a verified midwit. Nothing they say can be taken seriously, because they either don’t care to, or have no ability to question and critically analyze data.
Imagine believing this. Then imagine being an MD, and still believing something so inherently ridiculous you post it with confidence for everyone to witness. Yeah, sure, 1/3 of all deaths are caused by the medical system. Sure thing…🙄
How did some of you even make it through med school? I’d bet mountains of money you haven’t even read the study that makes this claim. If you had, and you have an ounce of intelligence, you’d see immediately the issues with that particular study and why it shouldn’t have been published nor passed peer review. Adjudication matters. Read. Learn. Don’t be a complete imbecile.
