@Jockey are you, in any way, associated with the Jockey brand in South Africa https://t.co/vWUDmfB2iw? If so, are their service standards aligned with yours (or monitored by you) ?
@ShowmaxOnline that's my exact experience. With no response to direct message to @DStv while the direct messages to @ShowmaxOnline (handled, so far, by ~DJE and ~HM) seem to only end at fist line support level (never actually reaching a/the technical team/s).
@DStv @Uju_Lwenyosi @MNet@ShowmaxOnline the R49 gets deducted from your profile/account before Showmax is activated and activation issues take long to escalate and resolve.
@AGSAfrica the shipment tracking number is attached to the case number that is on the first message of this thread. Please try to always read the thread for context since I've already mentioned where the tracking number can be found
@AGSAfrica Hi. Why is it taking so long to resolve CaseReference:JNB/1024/4631 when I have provided all the information I was asked for?
Also, why does your agent refer to me by a name I don't recognise when all of my emails and my profile (on your system) have my correct name?
@AGSAfrica The shipment tracking number is part of the case mentioned in the first post that I sent. The fact that my package hasn't arrived is directly related to the case. Please read the thread for context.
@AGSAfrica I still don't have my package (which arrived in SA on the 16th October). There are no outstanding payments and no explanations as to why I still don't have my package. Is Chumeka working alone? - seems they might be getting overwhelmed by the workload.
@AGSAfrica She, then, says I still need to pay R243.69 for shipping and offers no explanation for this confusing mathematics where I am getting refunded R579.11, my shipping costs are R460.89 but the refund cannot cover the shipping costs because I still need to pay R243.69!?
@AGSAfrica fresh new confusion, courtesy of Chumeka. She says my shipping fees are R460.89. Then says Customs will refund R579.11 (for recently reported issue). I say great!. Use the Customs refund to pay the shipping costs.
@AGSAfrica The same Chumeka has responded, asking me to provide the same information I provided on the 18th of October. This is frustrating. She hasn't even explained why she referred to me by a name I am not familiar with. Please have a look at the email correspondence related to the case.
@GurlAtta@AxxessInternet Apparently Axxess had high call volumes between 01H27 & 01H46 ( I can only assume that's the reason why my calls weren't getting answered, based on the 04H55 response).
Perhaps it's my ignorance that prevents me from believing that there could be high call volumes at that time
@GurlAtta@AxxessInternet Yes, lost connectivity at midnight. Gave up after waiting over 25 minutes for support (no answer on support line).
The last time this happened, Axxess support said they have no idea why I lost connectivity (but it miraculously got restored with no intervention from my side).
