THEREFORE, you can not sign with an agent or sign an #NIL deal until it is complete.

@Coach_Western @heitner @Biggamebobby Schools, boosters, and “collectives” paying kids to play for them is prohibited, and a kid who transfers schools is ineligible to receive NIL deals for that season. Kids are also not allowed to use any FHSAA or NFHS branding. So no jerseys, logos, or reference to schools.

Important clarity on the FHSAA’s new #NIL bylaw: It IS NOT effective immediately for Florida high school athletes. The Department of Education’s Board would need to ratify the bylaw (and it has the ability to alter it). The Board does not meet again until July 24.
