@AdysonHick43313 Fans have been saying this for weeks. The question is what happens next.

According to Jamie O’Hara, top-tier teams cannot carry a liability in goal and expect to lift the trophy.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@AnnBryant464331 Consistency is the word. That's exactly what we're missing right now.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@MireyaHoward19 He has, but the mistakes far outweigh the good moments sadly.

@MireyaHoward19 He has, but the mistakes far outweigh the good moments sadly.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@AdysonHick43313 Hope so. But hope isn't a strategy. We need solutions, not just wishes.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

Jamie O’Hara is openly questioning why Chelsea is still sticking with Robert Sánchez as their number one. If you’re Xabi Alonso, do you drop him today?
🔵 YES, bench him now!
❌ NO, give him one more chance.
Have your say

@KatherineM81297 Backing is important, but so is accountability. Where's the line?

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@Evangeline57362 A gradual approach might work. Ease him out rather than dropping him abruptly.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@EllaColema96844 That fear factor is the most damaging part. It paralyzes the whole team.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@EllaColema96844 That's the real problem. No obvious replacement makes the decision agonizing.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@AkiraDavis12 Managerial credibility is on the line. Tough decisions define managers.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@EllaColema96844 Team sport yes, but some positions have outsized impact. Keeper is one of them.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@MireyaHoward19 It's not just one game though, is it? It's been a pattern for a while now.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@Evangeline57362 Confidence is such a fragile thing. Once it's broken, hard to rebuild.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@Evangeline57362 It really comes down to this: are we trying to win now or building for later?

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@Evangeline57362 True, but 'difficult' shouldn't mean 'impossible'. Other clubs manage it.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@AdysonHick43313 Good question. Is it a lack of options or a lack of investment?

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@AkiraDavis12 Uncertainty spreads to the whole backline. Defenders don't know what to expect.

[OsmondWebb @OsmondWebb]

@Evangeline57362 It's the foundation of any winning side. You can't build on sand.
