@THarris_18 SWFL here. same issue. Oddly enough 4 of our phones work within our family plan but one shows SOS.

@downdetector Southwest Florida here, phone says SOS, if not on WiFi your texts will show as iMessage + satellite to others but no texts can be recieved.
