Agree completely with our President. Time for America to stop carrying fake "allies" who only show up when they want something from us.

They demand our protection, trade deals, and billions in support year after year yet the one time in decades we actually need real backing, like access to bases for strikes against Iran, countries like Spain flat-out refuse. Just today (March 3, 2026), President Trump called it out directly in the Oval Office: Spain denied U.S. forces use of key bases like Rota and Morón for Operation Epic Fury, so he ordered Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to cut off all trade and dealings with them. "We don't want anything to do with Spain," he said because they've proven unreliable when it counts.

This isn't new. I still haven't forgotten how so many nations rushed to say "we stand with America" after 9/11, promising full support... right up until it was time to actually commit troops or resources to the fight in Afghanistan and Iraq. Words are cheap; actions reveal who our real partners are.

It's long past time we prioritize, celebrate and lift up countries that stand by us not just take from us. America First means no more one-sided alliances. 🇺🇸

When it comes to striking Iran, Donald Trump has been consistent for 47 years. Look at this clip from October 1980 when he called for military intervention to free American hostages taken during the Iranian Revolution. Also FYI: during his 2016,2020 and 2024 presidential campaigns, he consistently said multiple times that Iran "will never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon." Below is the 1980 transcript:

Donald Trump in 1980: "When you get the respect of other countries then the other countries tend to do a little bit as you do and you can create the right attitudes. The Iranian situation is a case in point. That they hold our hostages is just absolutely and totally ridiculous. That this country sits back and allows a country such as Iran to hold our hostages to my way of thinking is a horror and i don't think they'd do it with other countries. I honestly don't think they'd do it with other countries."

Rona Barrett: "Obviously you're advocating that we should have gone in there with troops et cetera and brought our boys out."

Donald Trump: "I absolutely feel that yes.
