@Sandra1439701 This poor dog is being abused by the facility she's stuck in. She is being walked on an injury that must be extremely painful as advice is a hip operation or amputation of her leg. She needs immediate veterinary treatment and, at the very least, pain relief. It's disgusting.

@MoishesMom @notthesameone2 People who do this should be placed on a list, to be circulated to all shelters and rescues, and never be allowed to adopt another animal. They didn't even return him, but abandoned him so that he found his way back to that hell hole as a stray. What bastards these people are.
