@DivineBamboo Why helmets? Do you have any overhead handling of material (like cranes, multilevel racks storage, etc.) or exposed electric cables?
At our factory in Cambodia (120 tons/month) we never had the necessity to wear helmets, but most importantly we wear metal capped safety shoes.
