I’ve found some small level of success in making myself promise something (to myself) and holding myself to it.
It doesn’t always work, but I have used that to kinda force myself out of a funk a few times.

People have been finding creative ways to communicate strange ideas, feelings, even abstract concepts since long before screens even existed.
If you have something too complex for words, you’re not going to get it in a single frame.
