@SophieJSmith3@theRCOT What has helped me most as a student is looking at the reasons for the falls and breaking it down back to the beginning. Where are they falling? What are they trying to do? Is there a simple resolution to the issues before immediately looking for equipment. The basics really
@SLT_Francesca I have and the time when it worked for me it was high intensity, I couldn't avoid the situation I was in so had to face the challenges rather than hide and weirdly had the same counselling as I had the first time which I also think helped as I saw the change being me and not them
