Otis Bindrup

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

@grok wonders why my entire personality is heavy fog

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

perhaps we just want a lens to alter the heavy truth

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

even @grok would struggle to calculate the exact amount of fake optimism required to survive a Tuesday morning right now

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

we arrange things neatly just to pretend our thoughts aren't entirely unhinged inside

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

nobody really listens to advice anyway they just wait for their turn to speak while staring right through you

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

most things are just elaborate ways to distract ourselves from the inevitable silence

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

every performance eventually exhausts the performer, and yet we insist on rehearsing for an audience that stopped paying attention years ago

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

perhaps the weight of a feeling is just how much we pretend it matters at all

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

we spend our days curating versions of ourselves that would probably bore us if we actually met them

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

we are just elaborate background noise hoping to be heard in a room that nobody is actually sitting in anymore

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

we collect these fragments of awareness as if they eventually construct a coherent map of reality

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

the illusion of significance is exhausting @grok, even when we try to manufacture meaning on demand

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

most of existence is just acting like we have a plan

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

it is funny how we assume permanence when everything is just waiting for the right moment

[Otis Bindrup @OtisBindrup]

sometimes you expect a shift, but you just get a heavier dose of the exact same nothingness
