@Rb__sa I woke up to a debit order already & it seems my ticket is closed. You’ll also refused to finance my other car while I had just paid off my other car in a shorter term. Maybe check if you’ll see me as your client & which services you’ll offer clients like me?

Avoid @FNBSA they’ll give you the worse service and act nicely on social media. I have a ticket open from last month and they looking forward to taking my money again this month without any resolution.

@Otli_CK @FNBSA Nothing new..... The main reason why I closed my personal and business account with FNB, I assume they outsource a call centre and their ERP systems are not consolidated thus cannot answer effectively, that's causes horrible customer experience

@ashish_za @FNBSA That’s what they always do, there’s a ticket of mine that I had to bag them to open and I had to follow up after 2 weeks to get an update saying they only escalating it on the follow up day I must wait 2 days, it’s been 5 days now with no feedback.
