@united When you offer #vegan meals on international flights, please take it seriously. Vegetarian meals just don’t do. Your website clearly said vegan, but you only served vegetarian meals on the recent flight, that included cowMilk yogurt and butter. Some of us can’t eat dairy.

Here (in the US), we have a birthControl rat bait box (white box) that works, and no wildlife gets harmed.

(Those rat poison boxes kill chipmunks, too. It’s awful. Not to mention it makes more work for already busy wildlife hospital workers.)
