And 2025 begins: MVP. P2 flail with severe MR, all posterior segments have some disease. ERO 0.6 cm2, RV=93 ml, EF: 69% , GLS 27% Asyntomatic, 70 y, male, play tennis. LAi= 79 ml. Would y recommend surgery? I certainly would! Not so simple! @alexsfelixecho @marciomp50
