OU baseball won the 1994 National Championship.

The Sooners took down Georgia Tech, who were led by future MLB stars such as Nomar Garciaparra, Jason Varitek and Jay Payton.

OU swept its way through Omaha, including a 13-5 win in the championship game.

This game should have already been tied at 2. On Jennings' 2-out RBI hit, instead of Pickering running on contact and scoring, she went back towards 2nd base thinking there was only one out. In fact, she did it again at 3rd base on the groundout for the 3rd out.
