Watching the funeral of Olu Jacobs, one prayer just keeps coming to my mind
"God, abeg, let me &my husband grow old together."
And I don't mean the kind of old age where sickness has taken over and you can barely do anything for yourself. No, no, no. I want us to grow old together, healthy, strong and still enjoying life.
I want to see our children all grown, married and settled in their own homes, with their own children. I want us to sit together and watch our grandchildren running around, knowing that we made it this far together. ๐ฅน
Because honestly, with the kind of heart I have, I don't think I can survive this kind of loss.
If he dies at 4:00 a.m., I don't mind following him at 4:01 a.m.
God, abeg. Let us grow old together. Very old, but healthy, strong and together.
May God comfort Joke Silva. Some losses are just too heavy to imagine. ๐

Dear Jaro Egbo
I will speak to you publicly and not sugarcoat it.
And I wonโt be speaking to you as Ughelli North LGA Chairman in Delta State but from the point of brotherhood.
Long before all this useless politics, we have been friends and always will be. Just like you, I am friends with a lot of people and maintain that friendship and still call them out a little when I feel they cross some political lines, but we continue our relationship.
Friendship should be honored and not sacrificed on the altar of politics that will come and go.
Yesterday, I got a report that you planned to go and mark the business place of Tobore Agbah, the convener of the 10,000 man match by NDC that happened in Ughelli, for demolition on Monday.
You drove past the rally thrice yesterday after the governor drove past and saw the crowed.
I told them to ignore the rumor that you wonโt do it, knowing itโs an expensive joke.
I sent you the message of what I heard to confirm if you intend to do it. I also called you very late around 11:30pm Nigerian time but you didnโt take the call.
True to what I was told and what I believe you wonโt do, you are really doing it Jaro?
Are you for real?
You have also instructed your boys to go and burn the truck in this post, that is branded in NDC candidates tonight.
Friendship should be respected and honored. I want to state this very publicly that I have never gone against any of my friend who are my age grade publicly but supported them and always will do. I have ONLY gone against the old guys who are the old order. The only friend I have gone against publicly now is Sheriff Oborowheri because he plotted secretly to destroy me and I canโt sit and watch him carry out his evil deed against me.
Do not make me add you to Sheriffโs sins, this time not against me but against a just cause. I have no business with NDC as a party. My support is only because of Peter Obi, DSP Ovie Omo-Agege, Ominimini and few NDC members while APC gets my support in Ethiope East, Delta North and few places and PDP in other places.
I have never picked my pen to write against a friend whoโs in government to Abuja like I know how to do if I want to, and I do not want to start now. Even with all Sheriff has done and all I know and have evidences, I swore not to do so against an Urhobo man.
We cannot continue to play this crude politics of destruction of opponents businesses and houses and if na Sheriff send you, tell him the assignment is a deadly one. He wonโt be there to save you when it will happen. Ask those who have gone this route you are going including governors and top FG appointed DGs and the end result, even when I publicly advise them like Iโm doing now.
Unlike others, Iโm like Wike who you will know his stand and not go behind to plot against you. People like me are rare.
In Godโs name, donโt make me chose a public good over our personal friendship pally. Friendship and fraternal brotherhood MUST supercede politics at all times.
The hand you take seal the shop, use it to unseal it and instruct those touts to stay far from that truck else they burn with it.
I wonโt write more than this.
Thank you
Fejiro Oliver
@Ol0ye I hate this same repeated rhetoric. The last time (2023) that it was a 2-horse race, why didnโt the opposition win? It has gone past the time for any sort of alliance.
Somebody that wants to deliver Abuja cannot even deliver his own steps. ๐ฅน
How do you want to deliver a capital city when your legs are still negotiating with the floor? ๐
I blame the touts who make politicians think money is muscle. ๐
All these Gen Zs eehhh.
What is this na.
That aside, this girl is so pretty.
And I am not surprised.
See her mother too.
Beautiful woman.
