Today marks two months of total siege since it was reimposed by the Government of Israel.

All that has entered Gaza is bombs and bullets. Instead of much needed food, clothing or tents to help children survive, airstrikes continue. They are killing, maiming and destroying the lives of children and their families.

Denying humanitarian aid is a violation of international law. The halt on aid must be immediately reversed and humanitarian assistance must be allowed to enter Gaza.

Words of concern are meaningless without action.

The UK Government must end its complicity, and urgently:

⚠️ Suspend all arms transfers to Israel
⚠️ Hold all perpetrators accountable and end Israel’s impunity
⚠️ Take all steps to bring an end to Israel’s occupation

Children have a right to food, to protection, and to life. As a result of Israel's blockade on aid into Gaza, the WFP has now run out of food. Children in Gaza died of starvation before and will again. Humanitarian aid must be allowed to resume.

🚨 With the CEOs of 12 major aid orgs, we are making an urgent plea: let us do our jobs.

Every single person in Gaza is relying on humanitarian aid to survive.

That lifeline has been cut off since a blockade on all aid supplies was imposed by Israeli authorities on 2nd March.

We agree that Israel's blocking of humanitarian aid into Gaza is unacceptable.

But more words without action do nothing to bring an end to Israel's siege of Gaza.

The UK must urgently suspend all arms transfers to Israel and take meaningful action to hold perpetrators accountable and end Israel's impunity.

The UK must not be an ally to atrocities.
