Fun Cardano weekend project: a Blockfrost-like HTTP API embedded inside Dolos.

It's not meant to be a replacement by any means, it provides just a tiny fraction of what the real Blockfrost service has, but...

- It's just enough for tx builders to work
- runs locally with very little resources
- no dependencies, single binary
- nice option for local development
