Congratulations @RyanQuarlesKY on securing Kentucky’s Republican Agriculture Commissioner nomination! We look forward to continuing to support you in the general election.
It’s our responsibility to put the same hard work, effort, and dedication into our jobs as the farmers, foresters, and citizens we serve. Let us know your ideas to advance and improve #agriculture and #forestry in #Tennessee.
Big cleanup day for many items temporarily stored after the tragic fire at the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum. You’d be surprised at some of the unique artifacts like this massive grindstone soon to be displayed in our rebuilt equipment barn.
A couple of weeks ago @EPAAWheeler visited Kentucky to discuss reducing food waste and recent updates to Waters of the U.S. I am grateful the EPA came to Kentucky to listen to our farmers and ag industry leaders. #KyAg365
On way to Kentucky Derby we stopped in to see Ag Commissioner Ryan Quarles who gave us a tour of beautiful Kentucky Horse farms and the magnificent and modern stockyards of Lexington. Seen with yard manager Jim Akers
For some of the best Mississippi products sold by the best Mississippi people, come on out to Mercantile Mississippi at your Mississippi Trademart, through 7:00 tonight (Friday), and on Saturday 9:00 to 5:00. I enjoyed shopping and visiting with all these vendors and more!
Great meeting with the Lafayette County Forestry Association in Oxford last night. We are working very hard to promote #GenuineMS timber. New mills and international markets are happening. We will soon host timber buyers in Mississippi from China, India and Vietnam.
Happy Kentucky Oaks Day! Congratulations to all the great women walking in the Survivors Parade today during this celebration of Kentucky's horse industry. #KyAg365
Stopped by the @TNAgMuseum during #TheBigPayback2019 to see the great work they are doing to promote #ag history in Tennessee. It’s not too late to contribute. https://t.co/IzaKa6Aco0
I appreciate @KC4UTM for stepping away from the beautiful @utmartin campus and visiting us here at the Ellington Ag Center campus.
Tennessee is fortunate to have his leadership and support as we focus on agricultural education and workforce development.
