@ghost_motley Also stick to one socket for years.
Intel doesn't realise that sticking to one socket is an excellent marketing and profit strategy.
It makes people upgrade CPUs more often.
Then if something major of a CPU is released, then use a new socket for it.
@TechEpiphanyYT I somehow think that the 8GB cards would be sold slightly more in other regions of the world where the 16GB versions might be unaffordable to many, despite being a far better option for users.
@TechPowerUp I'm surprised by the people supporting Tencent in the comments in the article.
The same Tencent which has an history of blatantly copying other's works and is known to have really bad corrupt practices.
Sure. It doesn't make crappy games. But this is outright copying by them.
@harukaze5719 Been through that. Some people hate you without real reason.
Ignore them or learn from them, about how to improve yourself and become a better human, unlike some of them.
@fabknowledge@Olrak29_ Until recently I didn't think Intel is in a mess. Especially because 18A with all the latest tech on it. GAA, BSPD, using High-NA EUV. Not only that, 14A is expected to have a version with 3D stacking.
Now I do think Intel is in a big mess. Still think Pat could manage better.
@PcPhilanthropy I once read somewhere that Google ignores that small areas. So you can ignore them.
Since then that's what I'm doing and it's working fine for me.
@UpYaArsenal The bows and arrows in HFW use RNG, especially long ranges. HZD was better in that. Some prefer it, I personally don't.
HFW fixed a lot of gameplay issues of HZD. But RNG on bows and arrows in HFW is something I didn't like. Prefer HZD for that.
HZD has a better story too.
@RedGamingTech All depends on the ability of AMD's marketing department.
Long numbers are always confusing. I would prefer that they use AMD Ryzen 400 or 500 series instead.
@TechLab_UK Reminds me of the time I was active on Reddit.
Most people didn't read the article shared on Reddit before commenting on it.
How did I know? I used to be the one sharing those articles links and knew the people who commented had no idea about what's written in it.
@tomshardware Not in the top 10 semiconductor companies? Joking right?
If the company's own CEO doesn't trust it, who else would?
The truth is, had Intel kept Pat and released all the processes they cancelled recently, we might not see half of the complains we are seeing right now.
