@TheRealJamieKay Not quite accurate. If you're travelling on a non-EU carrier and departing from a non-EU state (plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the UK), EU261/APR doesn't apply (eg AA flights from the US and Emirates flights from Dubai aren't subject to EU261).
