@realdavidtarus That is what you get when you elect a person who listens to no one as president. Zakayo is the cabinet, economic advisor, and government all combined. Ruto actually listens to two people only; 1. Ruto 2. Zakayo
As promised, I’m dropping more NHIF/SHA data that should make every Kenyan uncomfortable.🚨
In January 2024, then CS Nakhumicha suspended several hospitals over alleged fraud.
One of them was Afya Bora Hospital.
What wasn’t public at the time?
We can reveal that between 2018 and 2024, this hospital (which only opened in 2018) received KES 800 million from NHIF.
Look at the pattern:
2018–2020: They recieved steady monthly payments averaging KES 3.3M–5.4M under the name Afya Bora hospital.
Then, in 2022-2023, something changed.
They started receiving payments under "Afya Bora Hospital Annex."
The average transaction size jumped to KES 18.92 million - a 330% increase.
Here are their five largest single disbursements:
- KES 39.5 million - 16 Dec 2022
- KES 36.5 million - 15 Sep 2022
- KES 35.1 million - 14 Jun 2023
- KES 35.0 million - 23 Aug 2022
- KES 35.0 million -16 Nov 2022
Those five payments alone total over KES 180 million.
But it gets even more interesting.
When we checked the hospital's registration details on the KMPDC database, we found Afya Bora Healthcare and another small clinic. There was no listing for "Afya Bora Hospital Annex."
That raises even more questions.
Hospital annexes are routinely registered with KMPDC, so having an annex itself isn't unusual. What's unusual is that Afya Bora Hospital Annex doesn't appear to be registered at all.
If that's the case, why was NHIF making tens of millions of shillings in payments to an entity described as "Afya Bora Hospital Annex"?
That's a question the relevant authorities need to answer that seems to not make sense.
Serious other questions remain:
- What exactly happened to the investigations after the suspension?
- Why the sudden name change and explosion in payouts right before the suspension?
- Where did the money actually go?
- How much went missing?
I’ve attached the full Excel file in the replies.
There is a lot more coming.
This is only the beginning.
Follow closely. The data doesn't lie.
Dear Private Security Guard, ni wewe naongelesha.
Fred Wamale Wanjala was one of you.
He was shot dead by William Ruto's killer militia at his work station during the June 2025 protests.
Fred Wamale has never gotten justice.
Cheering his killer is a betrayal.
It is one thing to be physically unattractive. But it is an entirely different kind of ugliness to be tribal.
Some people hate Kikuyus as if a Kikuyu personally took their land, stole their wife, or robbed them of their future. What exactly did your fellow Kenyan do to you simply by being Kikuyu?
I don't follow Kikuyus because they are Kikuyu. I don't oppose anyone because of their tribe either. Kikuyus are Kenyans, just like me.
If you hate an entire community because of the actions of a few individuals, your problem is not with that community. Your problem is with your own prejudice.
Anyone who hates Kikuyus hates a part of Kenya. And anyone who hates Kenyans because of their tribe has not understood Kenya.
Tribalism is not patriotism. It is intellectual laziness dressed up as politics.
Hustlers and Mama Mboga, whom he promised economic relief and freedom has been hit the hardest by his trial and error, guesswork and donkey farts economic theories.
This was a mistake that must be corrected in 2027.
🚨 BREAKING: President Ruto has officially switched to CO-OPTATION.
Unable to sell a strong national record, State House appears to have pivoted to a strategy of winning over one group at a time, Muslim clerics, village elders, church leaders, private security guards, regional delegations, and more.
The playbook is simple:
- Invite them to State House.
- Offer tailored concessions.
- Create a sense of recognition and obligation.
- Turn community leaders into political mobilizers.
Each delegation leaves believing it has been uniquely favored. In reality, every group may be receiving the same transactional treatment.
The problem? Community leaders don't control the secret ballot.
A village elder can receive a stipend. An imam can secure concessions. A church leader can get an audience. But none of that changes what millions of Kenyans experience every day: the cost of living, jobs, healthcare, and taxes.
Retail politics may influence elites.
General elections are decided by households asking one question:
Has life actually improved? This is what I hope everyone will be asking.
John Kiarie, Kimani Ichung'wah and Kipchumba were demanding the arrest of the person who shared the alleged Nairobi OCS list.
Arrested.
Over a list.
If the list is false, the simplest response is to publish the correct one.
Let Kenyans compare the two.
Let the facts speak for themselves.
When a government's first instinct is to demand arrests instead of providing evidence, people are left asking why transparency seems harder than intimidation.
Facts should be answered with facts, not handcuffs.
Hii ni maajabu! 😂 So this @jimNjue_ guy wanted Riggy G impeached, but now he acts like he cares about him more than anyone else? Political frauds everywhere.
Ruto once again claims SHA has reduced harambees by 80%. 🚨
Which Kenya is he talking about?
These are Vague percentages that can’t be independently verified while families are still begging for help isn’t progress - it’s gaslighting. (Video below)
“Nitamaliza Wakikuyu wote wenye sio wazaliwa wa huku”
DCI are always quick to fuel their subarus and arrest opposition allied supporters but am sure they won't arrest this since he's pro government.
Since Albert Ojwang', at least 28 Kenyans have been murdered inside their cells in Kenya and I think we need to do something, and we need to get angry on the Muthaiga case... The OCS has refused to meet the family and has been sending junior officers to chase them away.
