I was in Swanston St yesterday, near the State Library, when I saw some blokes “helping VicPol with their enquiries” (?) & 25 minutes later, on a homeward-bound tram, I spotted VicPol helping one of the same blokes with what may have been a medical emergency? I hope all was OK!
