NICE recommends rucaparib (Rubraca) for maintenance treatment of advanced high-grade ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer post-first-line platinum chemotherapy if BRCA mutation-negative and HRD-positive or unknown HRD, and if bevacizumab isn't an option.
