@sevenblades "A game that's been highly anticipated for 13 years and has taken 1.5 to 2 billion dollars to make and will most likely be supported with a decade of content (Like GTA V Online) is completely unjustified of an 80 dollar price tag!" Ah, who cares. I'm a corpo bootlicker anyways.
@AlisGoodTweets More awareness means less impulsive buying, which then means fewer people buy yearly releases and think about whether the 80 dollars is worth the gameplay/game runtime.
@AlisGoodTweets I'm sure most gamers will actually know when a game is worth 80 dollars or not. So if Activision and EA made Madden and COD 80 dollars yearly, people would begin skipping years and waiting for a big release. Price increases make consumers more aware.
@QUANTUMVORTEX99 Gamers are smart enough to know when a game is worth 80 dollars and not. Gta 6 worth 80? Arguably yes. Cod and Madden worth 80? No, its yearly release.
@ULT_AFRA The main story of Jason and Lucia will not have parts of it locked. Raiding a location for weapons and restoring cars isn't a major part of their story.
@M0BILESUITZER0 Nintendo is charging 80 dollars for mario kart lol. But god forbid rockstar charge 80 dollars for a game they spent nearly 2 billion to develop.
@Grxit Because calling people cattle will surely kill the buzz on the most anticipated game of 2026. Your like the hundreth user to say cattle lol. Get a hit tweet some other way
