Mark Powell lost his battle with lung cancer at just 19 on 5 May, just shortly after the semi final. He never made it to the final this weekend, but was there in spirit. A lifelong Palace fan from Portsmouth, whose fave player was Joel Ward - both being Pompey boys. He will be missed terribly by his family and friends, taken far too soon.
Tomorrow, we will sit beside his dad and sister in the Arthur Wait. We would appreciate if our fellow Palace fans could join us in clapping in his memory in the 19th minute, during our game vs Wolves tomorrow.

A few weeks ago, the nephew of a friend of ours died suddenly.
Faizaan was a passionate Palace fan who attended matches with his uncle.
He was just 24 years old. To commemorate him, we would love it if you could applause in the 24th minute of Saturday’s game.
RIP Faizaan.
@hosang@big_mouth_sucks@floschechter It’s not franchised in the truest sense, or any real sense. The government holds the financial interest and therefore the risk.
In its first four months, Labour has:
- Arrested a major small boat supplier
- Announced more cash for border security
- Deported 10,000 foreign nationals on some of the largest return flights ever
1. Record deportations
Almost 10,000 foreign nations have been deported since Keir Starmer took office in July.
The number of deported foreign criminals is up 14% on last year.
Alex Scott played for Arsenal and England for over 16 years all while appearing on multiple different outlets such as Sky Sports, BBC, BT Sport, and when she retired she completed a degree in Professional Sports Writing and Broadcasting at Staffordshire University, presented Goals on Sunday alongside Kammy, the One Show and the BBC SPOTY awards.
She’s more than deserved her chance to be the Match of The Day presenter and it’s all from hard fucking work. @FootbalIhub
@Jc_twitty @TPWNewsHQ Yes but you can't pro rata his shares because he doesn't have 45% control of the club, he has 25% thus making his ownership less valuable.
Wrong table. The actual table is this one. 77% of farm estates won't be affected. 462 estates/year would be affected, of which the wealthiest 37 received relief on £6m of property.
