Youth brings quantity, but maturity brings calculated precision. Modern performance isn't about running on empty, it's about mastering the physiology of long-term vitality.

Which age bracket takes the crown: raw 20-year-old stamina or bio-hacked 35-year-old precision?

At 20, intimacy relies on raw youth, elevated baseline hormones, and sheer physical endurance.

At 35, it’s an optimized protocol of cellular hydration, pelvic floor mechanics, and stress management.

19 year old Japanese student built a trading bot with Claude Code in 2 days.

Used his iPad as a second monitor.

First night: $6,732 profit.
Starting capital: $68.

Total profit so far: $750,000.

[ 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐌𝐞 @jimmy_aibrief 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐌]

Here's how it works👇

The bot scans over 50 markets simultaneously.

Syncs live BTC data from Binance every second.

Spots price errors before humans even notice.

The edge is pure speed + pattern recognition.

While traders stare at charts trying to predict the next move, his bot is already executing on mispricing across dozens of markets.

No guessing.
No emotions.
No hesitation.

Just Claude Code logic finding gaps that close in seconds.

He built the entire system in 48 hours:

→ Claude Code handles the trading logic
→ Binance API feeds real-time BTC data
→ iPad displays multi-market monitoring
→ Executes trades when arbitrage windows open

The system runs 24/7.

Every price dislocation = profit opportunity.

Most people are still trading manually, refreshing charts, second-guessing entries.

Meanwhile this 19 year old engineering student turned $68 into $750K by letting Claude Code do what humans can't: process 50 markets instantly and execute without fear.

Why are people still trading manually?

I'm giving away the exact Claude Code setup for free.

24 hours only.

A man is buying the iPhone 18 Pro Max this month.

He's been saving for it since spring. He knows the price. He knows the color he wants. He'll walk out of the store, open the box, and tap "Transfer from old iPhone" like everyone else. Twenty minutes later he'll have a new phone that looks exactly like his old one, and he'll feel like he's done.

Last Monday, a notification popped up on his old phone: iOS 27.2. He swiped it away, like he has every update for years.

That night, his friend came over for dinner. She spent 9 years as an Apple Genius Bar specialist, and she has explained this exact phone to thousands of people at the counter. She saw the phone face-down on the table and asked one question.

"How many of the features on that thing have you actually turned on?"

"Features? I just use it."

She put her fork down.

"You're about to spend $1,200+ on a phone, and you'll use maybe 10% of it. The other 90% is already installed. It's free. And almost nobody opens it."

She took his phone and spent 25 minutes going through Settings. He'd never seen most of it.

She wrote down the ones that matter. Some take 10 seconds. Some take 2 minutes. All of them are already on the phone.

Here's every single thing she wrote down 🧵

[Theron @theron_chase]

A guy installed iOS 27.2 last Monday night.

He was in bed. His phone buzzed with "Update Available." He'd been tapping "Remind Me Tomorrow" for 11 days straight. That night he was tired of the red badge, so he hit "Install Now," put the phone on the charger, and fell asleep.

Next morning he woke up. The phone restarted. Same wallpaper. Same icons. Same lock screen. He checked the weather, opened Instagram, and drove to work.

That was his entire iOS 27.2 experience.

Three weeks later he was at dinner with an old friend. A guy who spent 6 years working the Genius Bar at an Apple Store before moving into IT. The friend glanced at the iPhone sitting face-up next to the bread basket, picked it up without asking, scrolled for about 40 seconds, and put it back down.

"You installed iOS 27.2."

"Yeah. Last month."

"No. You *updated* to iOS 27.2. You never *installed* it."

"What does that mean?"

"Apple pushed 163 security fixes into that update. That part happened automatically while you slept. Good. But everything else that makes 27.2 worth installing, none of it turns itself on. You've never opened the Excluded Apps list for Siri, so Siri is learning from your banking app, your health app, and your private notes. You've never checked what Siri AI remembers from your past conversations. You've never switched off the suggested actions in Messages that you've been swiping away for three weeks. You've never looked at the SynthID labels that now mark AI-edited photos. You've never used Dual Capture on a Group FaceTime. You've never set up Lock After Closing, so your front door still doesn't lock itself behind you. Your Podcasts app changed how it queues episodes and you've been confused about where Up Next went. And your kids are still wrecking your Apple TV recommendations because nobody told you profiles exist now."

He put his fork down.

"You paid over a thousand dollars for that phone. You've been running it like a flip phone with a nicer camera."

The friend pulled out his own phone and walked him through every change, one by one, in about 15 minutes, between the appetizer and the main course.

The guy said one sentence on the drive home that I haven't stopped thinking about:

"It feels like I got a brand new iPhone for free."

He didn't. Same hardware. Same battery. Same screen. He had just been driving a car with the parking brake on.

Here is everything his friend showed him, in the order that matters most: 🧵

There are over 200 million smart TVs in American homes and most of them are still running the settings they shipped with.

A man has watched his $1,500 TV for 3 years and thought it looked fine.

He nearly bought a new one twice.
$1,500 TV to a $2,200 upgrade.
Then a $2,200 upgrade to a soundbar bundle.

The TV wasn't the problem.

Not because the panel was bad.
Not because the streaming apps were low quality.
Because it was stuck in store demo mode, with motion smoothing on, brightness maxed out, and a setting tracking his viewing habits for advertisers since the day he plugged it in.

His friend, a home theater installer who has calibrated 200+ TVs in luxury homes, sat on the couch for about 5 seconds.

He didn't recommend a new TV.
Didn't suggest a projector.
Didn't touch the cables.
Didn't spend a dollar.

He changed 9 settings.

Skin tones went from orange to natural.
Dark scenes stopped turning into mud.
Movies stopped looking like soap operas.
Sports got sharper without looking fake.

Same TV.
Same couch.
Same streaming apps.
Same room.

"Your TV was never bad. It was set up to sell itself in a store, not to show you a movie. And nobody who sold it to you was going to tell you it's a free fix."

Here are the 9 settings he changed 🧵

✅ The 5 you SHOULD BUY:

1. LG OLED, the best panel on the market, no debate.

2. Sony OLED, the most natural image for movies and series.

3. Samsung QLED, unbeatable in rooms with lots of light.

4. Philips OLED + Ambilight, the most underrated of them all.

5. LG webOS, the smoothest operating system out there.

Price doesn’t always play fair with you.

Sometimes buying the deal without checking the panel does.

Which one would you add? Follow me and send it to the friend who’s about to buy one.

❌ TV brands you SHOULDN'T buy:

❌ Xiaomi (unpolished software)
❌ TCL (poor image processing)
❌ Hisense (reputation that hasn't caught up yet)
❌ Philips (not what it used to be)
❌ Panasonic (zero presence in the market)

A guy had the iPhone Duo in his cart. $1,999.

He'd been watching the reviews for weeks. He'd watched the unboxing videos. He'd seen a coworker flip his open in a meeting and felt something close to jealousy.

His current iPhone was 2 years old. The battery was fine. The camera was fine. Nothing was broken.

But the checkout button felt like the next logical step. He told himself: "I work hard. I deserve it."

His friend came over for dinner. An ex-Apple technician who has seen every launch since 2012, who has helped thousands of people decide what to buy, and who has also watched thousands regret it.

He glanced at the screen, then at the guy's current phone sitting on the table.

"Before you pay for a phone that costs more than a laptop, answer these 7 questions."

"Be honest. Not what sounds good. What's actually true. If you still want it after, buy it with zero guilt."

The guy laughed. He thought it'd take 30 seconds.

He answered them honestly. His cart was empty in 5 minutes.

Here are the 7 questions, in the exact order: 🧵

[Abhi Ai @Heyabhi29]

A guy spent $179 on an Apple TV 4K and used it exactly like his old smart TV.

Open it. Tap Netflix. Watch. Turn it off.

For two years, that was the entire experience. He never opened Settings. He never touched a single option. He told everyone at work, "It's nice, but honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. My TV already does all this."

Last Sunday, his brother-in-law came over for the football game. He's a home theater installer who has spent 9 years setting up TVs, speakers, and smart homes for a living. He picked up the Siri remote, looked at the screen for about 10 seconds, and said:

"Your movies look slightly off, your lights aren't connected to anything, and the box you paid for is doing about 10% of its job."

"What do you mean?"

"This isn't a streaming stick. It's a small computer, and it's been sitting on factory settings since the day you plugged it in. Your TV is probably still guessing at the picture. Your home isn't using it as a hub. And everyone in your house is sharing one set of recommendations."

The guy didn't say a word.

"Apple ships the power. It just doesn't tell you where it is. Most people never open the menu."

They spent 20 minutes in Settings. He changed 7 things. Same box, same TV, same subscriptions.

That night, he rewatched a movie he'd already seen twice.

His reaction: "I thought I'd seen this movie. I hadn't. I'd only seen the cheap version of it."

His brother-in-law's answer: "You didn't buy a smart TV upgrade. You bought a computer for your living room, and you've been using it as a remote."

So here are the 7 things you should know before buying an Apple TV 4K, and the ones to fix if you already own one. In the exact order he did them 🧵

✅ Corporate HR will forgive you for:

- Taking a random sick day
- Logging off at 5 PM sharp

Surviving corporate America isn't about working harder. It's about knowing the traps.

An "anonymous" survey tracks your department, age bracket, and timestamp. A PIP is just a 60-day legal paper trail to fire you without paying severance.

If you ever get ambushed with a surprise HR review, never argue emotionally. Send this exact email right after the call:

"Per our conversation today, I am requesting specific numerical targets for the next 30 days and written confirmation of how my recent work fell below my original job description."

HR hates specifics. Force them on the record.

A guy bought an iPad Pro for $1,000.

He opened it in the store, set it up in 10 minutes, and carried it home like he'd bought the future.

3 years later, it lives on the couch. It plays Netflix, YouTube, and the occasional recipe. The battery is at 100% because he barely uses it.

His cousin, a university student who runs his entire degree from one, came over for dinner. He picked it up, swiped twice, and laughed.

"You bought a laptop and use it as a TV."

"I take notes on mine by hand, and it turns them into typed text. I scan, sign, and send contracts in 30 seconds. I record lectures and search them like a document. I translate conversations live. I solve math by writing it with a pen. I use it as a second screen for my Mac. I haven't bought a notebook, scanner, or printer in 3 years."

"None of this is a paid app. It's all already inside your iPad."

"The sad part isn't that you're missing features. It's that you paid for all of them and never opened the menu."

The guy went quiet. Then he asked: "Where do I even start?"

Here are 10 iPad features that make it worth every dollar: 🧵

[Abhi Ai @Heyabhi29]

Apple CarPlay is installed in 800+ million vehicles worldwide. Most drivers use it for one thing: they get in the car, plug in the cable, tap Maps or Spotify, and drive. That's CarPlay to roughly 90% of the people who have it.

What most drivers don't realize: CarPlay has 10 features beyond navigation and music that make every drive safer, calmer, and shorter. They cost nothing, they're already on your phone, and most people have never turned them on, never opened the menu, and in some cases never heard they exist.

A car dealership technician of 11 years told a customer while she waited for her oil change:

"You've had CarPlay for 5 years. You plug in, you open Maps, you play the same playlist, and you drive. You've used 3 of the 13 things it can do. You've never used Siri to reply to texts, so you still glance down at your phone at red lights. You've never used Share ETA, so your husband still texts 'where are you?' on every trip. You've never turned on Driving Focus, so your phone buzzes through every drive. You've never gone wireless, even though your car supports it and you've been plugging in a cable every morning for 5 years. You've never rearranged your home screen, so you tap through 4 pages to find the app you use daily. And you've never used the dashboard view, which puts your map, your music, and your next calendar event on a single screen."

She said: "I've had this car for 5 years."

"And you've used 20% of the screen in front of you for 5 years, while the other 80% sat there every single drive."

He showed her 10 things. Her phone use behind the wheel dropped to almost zero, the "where are you?" texts stopped, and her 40-minute commute became the calmest part of her day. Same car, same phone, same road.

Here are the 10 things 🧵
