@bigtrendtrader What's interesting though, is cutting alcohol out of your life completely can also impact your fertility rate going down, where as too much alcohol also brings our rate down

@bigtrendtrader The main thing is all the chemicals we intake, from drinking out of plastic, using some Healthcare products (i.e shampoos, soaps, deodorants), then there's other factors such as a high BMI rate, smoking, having too less of body fat
