@SkyHelpTeam I rang a month ago to cancel tv package and change broadband. I can see none of this has been done and my bill is sky high rather than reduced. I have been on hold for 30 mins now despite being told it would be 3-4 mins.

@easyJetholidays is there something wrong with the website? Every time I try to check in for my holidays it redirects me to the main website where I can only see a flight I have booked in the future not the holiday
@BulbUK I have been asking you for over 6 months to fix my smart meter. All I get is a copy & paste response about you resetting the hub. Resetting the hub repeatedly for 6 months has not worked. Please can you sort this out?
