We are delighted to announce that for the third year running, we have been nominated as a finalist for a Football Content Award. Our page will be representing our club at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November, hopefully walking away with an award to our name too.
We appreciate everyone who nominated us and all the support we get on a daily basis, it doesnโt go unnoticed. However, now is when we need you most. You can vote for us via the website (link in our bio and story) under the category โBest Content Creator - Football Leagueโ. You will be able to vote via their Instagram and Twitter very soon as well.
Yet again, this wouldnโt be possible without the Jack Army and we are very grateful for these opportunities. Now we try and achieve something Harry Kane wasnโt able to, letโs win some silverware at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Thank you, YJBโs. ๐ฆข๐ค
@YouBearsssssss@wallabies The Eddie Jones team got smashed by Wales and beaten by Fiji. Argentina and this AB team are much better than them. This Aus team beat Wales twice. It's a moot point though. They were shit then and shit now. RU is a busted flush in Aus unfortunately.
@sarahh_879 @JasonReidUK Not on my timeline it wasn't while the other story has been fairly big for a few weeks. Anyway, he's blocked me so he clearly has an agenda and my comment wasn't welcome. Shame for a "journalist".
@faeriella67 @JasonReidUK No, the abuse is real. I am sure of that. But it may be a crumb of comfort to Jason that being inside his bubble makes it seem worse than it actually is (although even one bit of abuse is too many).
To celebrate next week's release of 'Unbelievable Underdogs and Rebellious Role Models' @Polaris_Books is giving away a free copy.
For a chance to win, simply 'quote retweet' the below and tell us the team or athlete you think has the greatest underdog story. #underdogs
@RonFilipkowski In the 2010 UK General Election, David Cameron chickened out of a TV debate. So, a newspaper got a bloke to dress as a chicken and follow him around on the campaign trail. Arguably, one of the reasons he failed to win a majority.
@JeffStelling@_PaulHayward Isn't is supposed to be "cricket for 9 year olds"? Attracting a new audience? We aren't the target audience. And I am sure that if Twitter was around in the 70s you would have had old farts like us saying the same about one-dayers and Packer's revolution.
@GBBranstetter It doesn't say "Gays against Imperialist War or Racism". It says "Gays FOR Gaza". Holding both positions is a contradiction. You can be against the horrific actions of Israel without being FOR a Hamas-led Gaza. It isn't a binary situation.
