The Allahabad High Court set aside the maintenance awarded to a wife after finding that the Family Court had failed to properly examine evidence relating to her income.

While the wife had declared her income as nil before the trial court, the husband relied on documents showing that she had disclosed annual earnings of over ₹4.5 lakh in separate proceedings.

Holding that maintenance cases must be decided on complete and truthful financial disclosures, the Court remanded the matter for a fresh determination of the wife's maintenance claim, while continuing the maintenance awarded to the minor son.

Hyderabad turning into a Police State?

@psraidurgam_cyb police personnel in plain clothes barged into a corporate office and publicly harassed a Techie at his workplace without any written notice, paperwork or legal process.

Named officials:

Who gave them authority to storm into a private office in mufti and intimidate an employee in front of colleagues?

The Techie has been attending the police station whenever called.

Now his wife, relatives, and persons claiming to be police personnel entered his office in mufti and are pressuring him publicly.

If this can happen to a salaried Techie inside a corporate office today, no working professional in Hyderabad is safe tomorrow.

A Big Win for Our Pune Member 💪

A rare but powerful outcome.

Our Pune member, Anand, has successfully fought back — his wife’s Appeal in the High Court has been dismissed.

He was earlier hit with serious charges like 377 & 376, and even multiple relatives were dragged into the case.
Instead of backing down, he took the legal route — filed for discharge in the Sessions Court for himself and ensured removal of names for other family members as guided.
