4/6 - Upwork should take actions on clients who;

1. Do not view proposals on a timely manner
2. Do not close job posts indicating a reason
3. Submit a proposal in job listing area which is intended to a specific talent. #upwork @Upwork

3/6 - This results in freelancers being punished with their used credits. Credits are gone for unresponsive clients. Upwork is unfortunately not presenting any interest to protect talent. #upwork @Upwork
