- Another thing it says is the states, when you register, you have to show some kind of ID that verifies you're an American citizen, a passport, a birth certificate or something. - The third thing, it does, it requires the states to clean up their voter roll. Who would be against that? I tell you who would. Some of the criminals that we've got in our United States Congress, they want to continue being elected by dead people, by illegals, and others.
