"You're a great Captain."

[; ANGELICA @twiststruth]

"i'll hold you to that."

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

"Of course you are!" He scoffs.

"... Sorry about that. But, you know, maybe I'll want to join again."

[; ANGELICA @twiststruth]

"i am? it doesn't seem so. i'm still rather offended you didn't spend more time on my ship."

Catching it with his mouth.

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

"And I appreciate your concern, Elizabeth," he groans. He can't lie. Not to her.

"Maaaay have gotten myself in the odd fight. Or two. Or five."

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

"Of course not. You're my friend."

[; ANGELICA @twiststruth]

"then there should be no issue with me staying, is there?"

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

"Quite alright," a smile forms when she presses a kiss to his cheek. He's very lucky to have her.

"Of course I have." Ahem.

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

"... I'm fine, though."

[; ANGELICA @twiststruth]

"no. i refuse to leave you on your own."

her way of saying she will, of course.

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

@OFS1LVERANDGOLD No words are needed. Instead, he pulls her into his arms and hugs her tightly. Smiling to himself.

"I missed you. And you didn't have to bring me anything, you know."

"You don't know how to shut it off, huh? I get that," he opens the bottle, offering it to Theo.

[⸻ 𝕻𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐋 ˎˊ˗ @OFFICERFRXENDLY]

He chuckles, gazing at the other man. “I’m alright, my mind is just constantly running, as usual.”

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

Good. James sits, nudging his shoulder to Theo's. "Are you alright?"

[⸻ 𝕻𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐋 ˎˊ˗ @OFFICERFRXENDLY]

He doesn’t mind. He pays the spot beside.

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

Mind if he joins? He's got rum.

You're calling Sparrow notorious? Please.

You look ridiculous. Especially that hat of yours.

[𝖂𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖊𝖗 HIATUS @cvrsedfate]

Hey- I sailed with some notorious captains, I can be dangerous. (He nudges James briefly, opening the door for them both.)

Ridiculously? Now that stings a little, I have to admit. I really thought I looked good. (He's laughing, playing along with the joke)

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

Ah, yes, terribly dangerous. Just like you are now. ( Rolls his eyes. A tiny smile forms, briefly. )

I'm not going to wear your clothes. You dress ridiculously.

[𝖂𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖊𝖗 HIATUS @cvrsedfate]

You did endanger the governor and his daughter... I was a terribly dangerous child after all. (he's just teasing!)

I should have some clothes for you too, this jacket is as good as falling apart by now.

(He leads them both to the small, tenporary home he's found for himself.)

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

Blinks. Blinks again.

"Theodore?"

@BROK3NLOYALTY

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

Good thing you aren't me, eh?

Lead the way, Turn- Will.

[𝖂𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖊𝖗 HIATUS @cvrsedfate]

I know I would have thought twice before rescuing a boy that could very well be a pirate, had I been you.

Good. See that wasn't so hard? It's okay to need some help now and then, God knows I've had plenty help. Come along then.

[𝙅𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙎. ( new 📌 ) @P0SHPIRATE]

... No.

And it was the right thing to do, Will.

..... Damn you. Fine. I'll take that nap.

[𝖂𝖎𝖑𝖑 𝕿𝖚𝖗𝖓𝖊𝖗 HIATUS @cvrsedfate]

Is it such a crime to help? Do you want to sleep on the street so very badly?

You're a peculiar man, James. Surely you remember that if it weren't for you, I would have drowned as a child. There was no reason for you to get me aboard the Dauntless, yet you did.
