The President’s negotiations have failed & we’ve done little to help Ukraine defend itself over the last year and a half. The time to act is now. Sending defensive weapons also tells Putin he cannot win. Weakness incites him to continue the war.

After spending a week in Eastern Europe it is very apparent that our tardiness to meet weapons delivery commitments is undermining deterrence and encourages Russia to be more aggressive. Our defense industry must step up and expand production. We are leaving countries that border Russia with a lack of ammo. The same is occurring with Taiwan.
