@keileigha@ChaseSupport Was your issue resolved? I've had the same problem since yesterday, and no one from chase seems to want to help. I've been placed on hold for over 3 hours, twice, before giving up. Will take my business elsewhere if the issue isn't fixed asap!
@o0mikey@ChaseSupport Same here in California. Ingenico terminal has been down since yesterday. Lost a lot of business already. Could not get ahold of customer support yesterday. Was placed on hold for over 3 hours each time before I quit trying. Will take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable!
