An HOA installs Flock cameras at its neighborhood entrance. Now every buyer and buyer agent checking out that community is surveilled before they buy (and before they even decide where they want to be).
Do they have a right to informed consent? Does this info belong in the MLS or disclosures so you can rule out areas violating the 4th amendment?
