The DA called and asked for OTP, I informed him that the OTP is to be given after delivery, he responded it’s for address purpose so I gave him. Once OTP was shared he mrkd delivered.CSA DENIED REFUND.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares Called the customer care twice, both disconnected the call after informing the issue.
DA picked up the food at 3:52 pm and marked it as delivered at 3:55pm
It’s impossible to deliver the food from hadapsar to keshavnagar in 3mins.
