Air Pollution and Climate are mostly unrelated. Climate change is 90% Carbon Dioxide which does not pollute air we breathe. EVs may make some marginal difference. But it's Sulphur Dioxide and Particulate Matter. Its best to differentiate between pollution and Climate action.

Yes RE Capacity did surge last year but far short of what is required far away from the 3X commitments made. It's time to start thinking on alternative pathways, as RE may not be enough we may still need to "burn" (oxidise )something HC or H2 or both is the key question ?
