Just a quick note - Alito’s opinion argues that 17th century ENGLISH LAW and and 13th century treatises are legitimate jurisprudence for overturning roe. You can’t make this up.

This is the fundamental flaw of claiming a ‘constitutionalist’ identity. The constitution, BY DESIGN, does not specifically codify many human rights (not saying that this is a good thing, just the way it is). By claiming this facade of ‘constitutionalist’ it allows these justices
