The LibDem group on Perth & Kinross Councils' motion asking the Council to support a People's Vote on Brexit was passed today by 20 votes to 16. Support came from all LibDem, SNP, and some Conservative Cllrs. Unbelievably the one Labour Cllr on the council abstained!
