Blender just became a prompt box.

El aumento de hasta $250.000 en las licencias profesionales de Buenos Aires no es responsabilidad de la Nación ni de la desregulación.

La Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV) solo actualizó lineamientos técnicos en 2025 para garantizar estándares de seguridad vial en un sistema federal. No existe ninguna resolución que fije o avale aumentos de precios. Su aval es exclusivamente técnico: no determina precios, no designa prestadores exclusivos, no decide dónde se hace el trámite ni cuánto paga cada chofer. Todo eso es decisión exclusiva de cada provincia.

El valor de la licencia y el costo de los exámenes psicofísicos y cursos los define cada jurisdicción. En la Provincia de Buenos Aires es decisión exclusiva del gobierno de Axel Kicillof —que no pierde oportunidad de meterle la mano en el bolsillo a los trabajadores para financiar su agenda política—. La gestión municipal cuesta entre $20.000 y $39.000. Los $150.000 a $180.000 extras dependen de qué prestadores habilita la Provincia.

Un municipio puede inscribir su propio gabinete psicofísico y escuela de conducción como prestador ante la ANSV. Nada en la norma nacional lo reserva al sector privado ni a entidades gremiales. Quién emite el plástico en territorio bonaerense también lo define la Provincia.

Clarín distorsiona todo para culpar a Nación de un aumento que decide Kicillof. La desregulación quita trabas nacionales y empodera a las provincias para ofrecer mejores precios. El que encarece es el gobernador.

Entonces, tenemos que ser muy claros en esto: Nación fija estándares de seguridad vial, pero el precio lo pone la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Then the replay made it annoying.

Egypt’s first controversy came when the refs missed a foul, Egypt went coast to coast, scored, and appeared to go up 2-0.

But VAR stepped in, reviewed the buildup, and ruled no goal.

As much as people wanted to lose their minds, the foul was there.

And under VAR, if an offense leads into the buildup of a goal, exactly what happened on that play, they can review it and take the goal away.

Then came the extra detail nobody wants to hear:

The Egyptian player also appeared to remove his shirt, which is supposed to be a yellow card.

Fast-forward to the 97th minute.

Salah goes down for Egypt, Argentina go coast to coast, score, and take the lead.

But when the play is slowed down, the defender touches the ball first.

It becomes a loose ball, then the player gets tripped up.

So yes, everyone wanted the “rigged” version.

The problem is the refs may have actually gotten both calls right.
