Ariha Pangambam has become the first Indian to win gold in the senior women’s individual event at the Asian Aerobic Gymnastics Championships.

With a stunning 19.100, she stood on top of the podium and gave India its first-ever gold in the event.

But behind that historic routine is a journey that began when Ariha first stepped onto the gymnastics floor as a little girl from Manipur.

“Ever since I first stepped onto the gymnastics floor as a little girl from Manipur, I knew this sport would become more than just a discipline. It would become my life’s language,” she wrote on LinkedIn, as reported by Times Now.

Under coach Yumnam Ranjan Singh, those early dreams grew into a lifelong pursuit of excellence, taking her from local competitions to representing India on the world stage.

‼️🚨FCRA new amendments aren’t even passed, and look at the situation of pastors.

Fights are breaking out in different churches in different parts of the country.

1) Pastors in Kerala church are infighting
2) Pastors in Andhra Pradesh church are infighting.

All fights are for - who becomes the head pastor and thus controls the money. Situation will get worse once FCRA act with transparency rule is passed and kicked in.

This is actually good news for India and Hindus. Their infighting will lead to Gharwapsis. As soon as their funds are dried up, they can’t convert more Hindus, is what their foreign masters don’t like and are vehemently objecting.

🤝 The 2nd Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) Meeting of 2026 for state of Tamil Nadu was held under the chairmanship of Shri R. Sudhakar, IPS, Deputy Director General, Southern Region, NCB, with senior officers from Tamil Nadu Police, SIB, RPF, DRI, NIA, Coast Guard, Customs and Drug Controller/FDA.

🔷 Discussions focused on strengthening inter-agency coordination through intelligence sharing, joint enforcement efforts, financial investigations (FI), action under PITNDPS, tracing fugitives, and addressing emerging drug trafficking trends, including trafficking routes to Malaysia.

🔷 NCB presented the Vision Document, while DRI, Chennai Customs AIU and Trichy Customs shared details of important cases registered during 2026. JD, SIB also briefed the participants on the extradition of fugitives and action against foreign nationals under the Vision Document and the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.

🔷 All participating agencies reaffirmed their commitment to stronger coordination, intelligence sharing and collaborative enforcement efforts to effectively combat drug trafficking in the Southern Region.
