It was an honor for the Miami Police Department to visit Pace Center for Girls Miami and speak with the incredible students about the vital roles women play in law enforcement.

Our officers shared their experiences, career paths, and the many opportunities available within our department. From patrol officers to detectives and specialized units, women in policing continue to break barriers and inspire the next generation of leaders.
