بهدف تطوير مهارات لمدربي خطوات، منحت المؤسسة 9 مدربين ومدربات فرصة المشاركة في دورة التدريب الآسيوية للمستوى الثالث بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الأردني لكرة القدم. تساهم مثل هذه الدورات في صقل قدرات المدربين وتأهيلهم فنيا، بالإضافة إلى إتاحة الفرصة لهم للحصول على شهادات تدريب معتمدة.

Healthy child development is considered essential in building sustainable communities around the world. As such, PACES’ program targets boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 16 in marginalized communities and Palestinian refugee camps in Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon.

عتبر الرياضة من اهم الوسائل "التمكينية للتنمية المستدامة"، نظرا لدورها ومساهمتها في تمكين الاطفال والشباب. توفر مؤسسة خطوات من خلال برنامجها الأساسي "الرياضة من اجل التنمية" فوائد متعددة للأطفال وتوفر لهم فرصة لتمضية أوقات فراغهم في بيئة آمنة وتوفر منفذا تعليميا ممتعا وصحيا.
