@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, Packaging Consultant here (yes really). The real problem is that most folk dont use the caps correctly, & it’s not intuitive as to how to use them (I’d need a longer post to explain). Technically it works as intended, but folks, quite understandably, just dont get it.
