Recently, I've seen a number of patients for new #HIV diagnoses that have described frustrating experiences of trying to obtain #PrEP.

One patient said when he finally worked up the courage to ask his PCP about starting PrEP, he was told to "just use condoms."

Our meta-analysis of #HCV in #PrEP users now available open access in @OFIDJournal. We found lower HCV incidence in contexts where HCV #DAAs have been implemented at-scale - indicative of HCV treatment as prevention among gay and bisexual men.
